Initially she explained there’s a better option for Argan hair treatment as compared to my Keratin treatment package that I signed up previously 2 years back. She explained there’s differences and left the choice to me if I wanted to try the Argan treatment but will take up 4 sessions of my package. She wasn’t pushy as compared to her colleague. I sticked to my package and started my treatment with her. She was very meticulous and thorough, didn’t rush to iron every part of my thick hair. Her washing skills were good too. Throughout the process, she checks in on me if I’m comfortable. The best part was her head and shoulders massage which helped me to relax. Her pressure was just nice. Previously, during my 2 visits in 2024, the senior specialist didn’t provide additional massage steps. Thus, her whole service was commendable. Even though she did ask me on signing up a package but when I said no, she didn’t push any further. She still went about with a warm friendly disposition.
